본 발명은 건물 층별 소화유니트 및 이를 적용한 건물 층간 독립형 소방시스템에 관한 것으로서, 건물 층별 소화유니트는 건물의 해당 층에 독립되게 마련되며 소방수를 저수공간에 가압상태로 저장하는 가압탱크와, 가압탱크가 설치된 층에 마련된 소화수 분사용 노즐로부터 상기 가압탱크와 연통되게 마련된 공급관로에 설치되어 공급 제어신호에 따라 상기 공급관로를 개폐하는 개폐밸브가 마련된 소화수 공급부와, 소화수 공급부가 설치된 층에 장착된 화재감지기로부터 화재감지신호가 수신되면 개폐밸브가 개방되게 제어하여 가압탱크에 저수된 소화수가 노즐을 통해 분사되게 처리하는 단말제어부를 구비한다. 이러한 건물 층별 소화유니트 및 이를 적용한 건물 층간 독립형 소방시스템에 의하면, 지진과 같은 재난상황 발생에 의해 일부 층이 붕괴되거나 상용전원의 공급이 차단되더라도 층별로 자체 화재 감지 및 진화처리를 독립적으로 수행할 수 있어 재난 피해를 최소화할 수 있다.
The present invention relates to a floor independent type firefighting unit and a floor independent type firefighting system using the same. The floor independent type firefighting unit comprises: a pressurized tank which is independently arranged on the respective floor of a building and stores firefighting water in a pressurized state in a water storage space; a firefighting water supply unit which includes an opening and closing valve installed in a supply pipeline which is arranged in communication with the pressurized tank from a firefighting water spray nozzle arranged on the floor where the pressurized tank is installed, to open and close the supply pipeline according to a supply control signal; and a terminal control unit which controls the opening and closing valve to be opened when a fire detection signal is received from a fire detector installed on the floor where the firefighting water supply unit is installed so that the firefighting water stored in the pressurized tank is sprayed through the nozzle. The floor independent type firefighting unit and the floor independent type firefighting system using the same can perform fire detection and suppression independently on each floor, even when some floors collapse or the supply of commercial power is cut off due to the occurrence of a disaster situation such as an earthquake, thereby minimizing disaster damage.
