본 발명은 건물 외벽 및 루버창을 이용한 건물 대피 시설에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 건물의 외벽 및 루버창을 이용하여 대피할 수 있도록 하기 위한 건물 대피 시설로서, 건물의 외벽에 설치되는 고정부재; 상기 고정부재의 양측에 일단이 회동되게 힌지결합 측부절첩부재; 상기 측부절첩프레임의 타단에 회동되게 힌지결합되는 이동부재; 및 상기 고정부재의 하부와 상기 이동부재의 하부를 연결하는 발판절첩부재로 이루어지며, 상기 측부절첩부재는 측부부재들로 구성되고, 상기 측부부재들은 회동되게 상호 힌지결합되며, 상기 발판절첩부재는 발판부재들로 구성되고, 상기 발판부재들은 회동되게 상호 힌지결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건물 외벽 및 루버창을 이용한 건물 대피 시설을 제공한다.본 발명인 건물 외벽 및 루버창을 이용한 건물 대피 시설은 건물의 외벽 및 루버창에 대피 시설을 마련하여, 화재를 비롯한 위험 상황 발생시 안전하고 신속하게 대피할 수 있어, 효과적으로 사용자의 안전을 도모함과 아울러 생명을 구할 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
