The present invention relates to an applying-type composition for finishing exposed concrete and a method for repairing and finishing concrete using the same. According to the present invention, the applying-type composition for finishing exposed concrete which comprises microcement, a powdered resin, and an adhesive enhancer can be simply applied to concrete walls, ceilings, etc. inside and outside of a building using a paint brush, a roller, or an airless sprayer to produce an exposed concrete effect, and can easily and firmly repair and finish concrete cracks. Since conventional concrete construction must be performed using large equipment after performing reinforcing steel work as a base, professional construction workers are required, and a huge amount of money, time and expenses are required. When the applying-type composition for finishing exposed concrete of the present invention is used, even ordinary people without professional skills can easily produce an exposed concrete effect. Therefore, the composition can be very usefully used in the relevant field. The composition comprises 50 to 60 parts by weight of microcement, 5 to 7 parts by weight of a powdered resin, and 0.3 to 5 parts by weight of an adhesive enhancer.
본 발명은 바르는 노출 콘크리트 마감재 조성물 및 이를 이용하여 콘크리트를 보수 및 마감 시공하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 마이크로시멘트, 분말수지 및 접착증강제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명의 바르는 노출 콘크리트 마감재 조성물은 건축물 내외부의 콘크리트 벽체, 천장 등에 페인트 붓이나 롤러 또는 에어리스 스프레이를 이용하여 간단하게 바름으로써 노출 콘크리트 효과를 낼 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 콘크리트 균열을 간편하고 견고하게 보수 및 마감할 수 있다. 기존의 콘크리트 시공은 철근공사를 기본으로 한 후 거대한 장비를 이용하여 수행되어야 하므로 전문 시공자가 필요하고 비용과 시간 및 경비가 거대하게 요구되는 반면, 본 발명의 바르는 노출 콘크리트 마감재 조성물을 이용할 경우 전문 기술이 없는 일반인도 간단하게 노출 콘크리트 효과를 낼 수 있어 당분야에서 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
