Yttrium oxide and calcium oxide are simultaneously substituted and employed as stabilizers. The composition of chemical formula 1 ((Y_2O_3)_x(CaO)_y(ZrO_2)_(1-x-y)) is satisfied. An oxygen ion conductivity decreasing rate decreases to 7% or less after 100 hours in a reducing atmosphere of 850℃. containing hydrogen : water vapor in a volume ratio of 1 : 1. Therefore, the solid oxide electrolytic cell has high oxygen ion conductivity when applied to the solid oxide electrolytic cell and has increased durability even in a high-temperature steam environment.
본 발명에 의한 고체산화물 전해셀용 지르코니아 전해질은 이트륨 산화물 및 칼슘 산화물이 동시에 안정화제로 고용되어 산소 이온 전도도가 높고 고온 수전해 환경에서 내구도가 뛰어난 장점이 있다.
