The present invention relates to a liquid filler injection apparatus that injects a liquid filler into a gap between an upper structure and a sole plate. The liquid filler injection apparatus comprises: a tube-shaped body part which penetrates to be coupled to the sole plate and forms an inner flow path; a spherical weight which is disposed to be movably inserted into the inner flow path to open and close the inner flow path; and a tube-shaped adjustment part which is bolted and fastened to the tube-shaped body part for fluid communication with the inner flow path. Here, the inner flow path of the tube-shaped body part may be opened and closed by reciprocation by a rotation operation of the tightening and loosening of the tube-shaped adjustment part. The present invention also includes a method for filling a gap between a concrete structure and a sole plate by using the liquid filler injection apparatus. The present invention can easily check the curing state of the liquid filler filled in the gap.
본 발명은 상부 구조물과 솔 플레이트 사이의 간극에 액상 충진재를 주입하는 주입장치에 관한 것으로, 솔 플레이트에 관통 결합되고, 내부 유로를 형성하는 관형 본체부; 내부 유로를 개폐하기 위해 내부 유로에 이동가능하게 삽입 배치된 구형상의 중량체; 및 내부 유로와 유체연통 가능하도록 관형 본체부와 볼팅 체결되는 관형 조절부;를 포함하는데, 여기서 관형 본체부의 내부 유로는 관형 조절부의 조임/풀림 회전조작에 의한 왕복 이동으로 개폐될 수 있다. 본 발명은 전술된 액상 충진재의 주입장치를 이용해 콘크리트 구조물과 솔 플레이트 사이에 액상 충진재를 충진하는 공법을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a liquid filler injection apparatus that injects a liquid filler into a gap between an upper structure and a sole plate.
