Underground pipes repair method using high-performance mortar
The present invention relates to an underground pipe repair method using high-performance mortar, capable of reducing a rebounder and improving bond strength, compressive strength and adhesion performance as well as preventing a deterioration of an underground pipe and repair mortar by using high-performance mortar when repairing the underground pipe including a sewage culvert. In accordance with the present invention, the underground pipe repair method includes the following steps of: (a) forming a high-performance mortar layer by applying and drying an inorganic elastic coating waterproofing agent including high-performance mortar on the inner or outer surface of an underground pipe; (b) forming a deterioration prevention coating film by applying a polyurea waterproofing agent to an upper part of the inorganic elastic coating waterproofing agent; and (c) forming a top coating film on an upper part of the deterioration prevention coating film.
본 발명은 하수암거를 포함하는 지하관로의 보수시 고성능 몰탈을 사용하여 리바운더를 감소시키고 접착강도, 압축강도, 부착성능을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 지하관로 및 보수용 몰탈의 열화를 방지할 수 있는 코팅을 수행하는 것으로 수분에 의한 열화를 방지할 수 있는 고성능 몰탈을 이용한 지하 관로 보수방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 (a) 지하관로의 내면 또는 외면에 고성능 몰탈을 포함하는 무기질 탄성 도막 방수제를 도포하고 건조하여 고성능 몰탈층을 형성하는 단계; (b) 상기 무기질 탄성도막의 상부에 폴리우레아 방수제를 도포하여 열화방지 코팅막을 형성하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 열화방지 코팅막 상부에 탑코팅 막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 고성능 몰탈을 이용한 지하 관로 보수방법을 제공한다.
