Steel fixing apparatus used for manufacturing concrete electric pole and manufacturing method of concrete electric pole using the steel fixing apparatus
The present invention relates to a steel material fixing device capable of fixing steel materials by applying tension force to steel materials embedded along a longitudinal direction of the concrete pole when manufacturing the concrete pole. The steel material fixing device comprises: a shaft which forwardly or backwardly moves by being spirally rotated by an external power source; a shaft fixing device which forwardly or backwardly moves by the shaft by combining one side of the shaft and into which the steel materials are penetrated; and a steel material fixing unit which hooks and fixes the steel materials and tensions the steel materials by backwardly moving the shaft fixing device when the shaft fixing device backwardly moves. The steel material fixing unit includes an inner fixing plate and an outer fixing plate. The inner fixing plate combines the shaft with the shaft fixing device by forming an opening unit through which the shaft penetrates in a center part and forms inner fixing plate grooves in which each steel material is mounted at predetermined intervals along a circumferential direction on the outer surface. The outer fixing plate forms an opening unit to detach and insert the inner fixing plate in a center part inserts each steel material with each inner fixing plate grooves along the circumferential direction on the inner surface of the opening unit and forms outer fixing plate grooves at predetermined intervals to hook a head unit formed in an end unit of each steel material. Therefore, the present invention stably fixes the steel material by being fixed to a hole formed in the steel material fixing unit, including the inner fixing plate and the outer fixing plate combined to detach the steel material.
본 발명은 콘크리트 전주 제작 시, 상기 콘크리트 전주의 길이 방향을 따라 매립되는 강재들에 긴장력 도입을 위하여 상기 강재들을 고정시키는 강재 고정장치에 있어서, 외부 동력원에 의하여 나선 회전하여 전진 또는 후진하는 샤프트, 상기 샤프트의 일측이 결합되어 상기 샤프트에 의하여 전진 또는 후진하고, 상기 강재들이 관통되어서 삽입되어 있는 샤프트 고정장치, 상기 강재들을 걸림 고정시켜서, 상기 샤프트 고정장치가 후진할 때, 상기 샤프트 고정장치와 함께 후진하여서 상기 강재들을 인장시키는 강재 고정유닛을 포함하고, 상기 강재 고정유닛은, 중심부에는 상기 샤프트가 관통 삽입되는 개구부가 형성되어 있어서 상기 샤프트가 상기 샤프트 고정장치에 결합되게 하고, 외주면에는 원주 방향을 따라 상기 각 강재가 안착되는 내측 고정판 홈들이 설정 간격으로 형성되어 있는 내측 고정판 및 중심부에는 상기 내측 고정판이 탈착 가능하게 삽입되어 끼워지도록 개구부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 개구부의 내주면에는 원주 방향을 따라서 상기 각 내측 고정판 홈들과 함께 상기 각 강재가 삽입되도록 하되 상기 각 강재의 단부에 형성된 머리부가 걸리도록 하는 외측 고정판 홈들이 설정 간격으로 형성되어 있는 외측 고정판을 포함하는 강재 고정장치를 제공한다. 따라서 강재가 탈착 가능하도록 결합된 내측 고정판과 외측 고정판을 포함하는 강재 고정유닛에 형성되는 홀에 고정되어 안정적으로 강재를 고정할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a steel material fixing device capable of fixing steel materials by applying tension force to steel materials embedded along a longitudinal direction of the concrete pole when manufacturing the concrete pole. Therefore, the present invention stably fixes the steel material by being fixed to a hole formed in the steel material fixing unit, including the inner fixing plate and the outer fixing plate combined to detach the steel material.
