The present invention relates to a U-head jack for supporting hardware. To this end, the U-head jack comprises: a rectangular supporting plate whose length in the X-axis direction is twice that in the Y-axis direction; and a support formed at each of four corners of the supporting plate and in close contact with the side of the yoke material at four points. The support is a structure that extends diagonally from each corner of the supporting plate and is integrally formed by press bending processing. In addition, the supporting plate is configured so that one yoke material can be secured in the X-axis direction without a separate spacer through the support formed at each of the four corners, and two yoke materials can be secured simultaneously in the Y-axis direction without a separate spacer, thereby facilitating construction.
본 발명은 받침철물용 U헤드잭에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 상기 U헤드잭은 Y축 방향 보다 상대적으로 X축 방향의 길이가 2배인 직사각의 받침플레이트; 및 상기 받침플레이트의 각 모서리 4개소에 형성되어 멍에재의 측면에 4점 밀착되는 지지대;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 지지대는 받침플레이트의 각 모서리에 사선 방향으로 연장되어 프레스 굽힘 가공에 의해 일체화된 구조이고, 상기 받침플레이트는 모서리 4개소에 형성되는 지지대를 통해 별도의 간격재 없이 X축 방향으로 1개의 멍에재가 안착되고, Y축 방향으로는 별도의 간격재 없이 2개의 멍에재를 동시 안착시켜 시공을 편리하게 할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
