Hanger bracket for clean room installation
The present invention relates to a hanger bracket capable of being installed in a clean room in a simple operation process to support a load by being coupled to an upper mold bar to be perpendicular to a lower mold bar positioned under the upper mold bar or a ceiling slab having an air conditioner installed thereon. More specifically, the hanger bracket comprises: an insertion member fitted and coupled to the outer surface of the upper mold bar in a shape-matching manner; and a connection member having an upper part detachably coupled to the insertion member inserted into the upper mold bar and having a lower part detachably coupled to the insertion member inserted into the lower mold bar or the ceiling slab of the clean room. The insertion member comprises: an insertion piece having a first coupling hole to be screw-coupled to the connection member; and a body having a first through hole in the upper part to insert the upper mold bar or the lower mold bar therethrough and a second through hole in the lower part to insert the insertion piece therethrough.
본 기술은 상부몰드바와 체결되되 상부몰드바 하부에 위치하는 하부몰드바나 공조기기가 설치된 천장 슬래브와 수직되게 체결되어 하중을 지지할 수 있게 간편한 작업과정으로 클린룸에 설치할 수 있는 행거 브라켓에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상부몰드바 외면과 형상 맞춤으로 끼움 결합하는 삽입부재 및 상부는 상부몰드바에 관통 삽입된 상기 삽입부재와 분리 가능하게 결합하되 하부는 하부몰드바에 관통 삽입된 상기 삽입부재나 클린룸의 천장 슬래브와 분리 가능하게 결합하는 연결부재를 포함하되, 상기 삽입부재는 상기 연결부재와 나사 결합하기 위한 제1체결공이 형성된 삽입편, 상부에는 상부몰드바나 하부몰드바가 관통 삽입되는 제1관통공이 형성되되 하부에는 상기 삽입편이 삽입되는 제2관통공이 구획 형성된 몸체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
