The present invention relates to a water barrier door system and, more specifically, to a water barrier door system capable of preventing water from entering an opening by easily opening and closing the opening used as a ventilation hole of a subway. The water barrier door system comprises: a door for opening and closing the opening; a moving wheel connected to the rear side of the door; and a driving means including a connection part connected to the front side of the door to be rotated, and a lifting part for lifting the connection part.
