The present invention relates to a civil engineering building having an earthquake-proof function on a finishing panel, which improves the installation safety of the finishing panel with respect to a frame part by attenuating an impact transmitted from the frame part to the finishing panel by an impact attenuation part. The disclosed civil engineering building having an earthquake-proof function on the finishing panel comprises: a frame part having a plurality of openings; a finishing panel covering the openings; and an impact attenuation part attenuating an impact transmitted from the frame part to the finishing panel.
본 발명은 충격감쇄부에 의해 프레임부에서 마감패널로 전달되는 충격이 감쇄됨으로써, 프레임부에 대한 마감패널의 설치 안전성을 향상시키는 마감패널에 내진 기능이 구비된 토목 건축물에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 개시된 마감패널에 내진 기능이 구비된 토목 건축물은 복수의 개구부를 형성하는 프레임부와, 상기 개구부를 커버하는 마감패널 및 상기 프레임부에서 상기 마감패널로 전달되는 충격을 감쇄하는 충격감쇄부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
