APPARATUS FOR DYNAMIC PILE LOAD TEST
The present invention relates to a dynamic load test device, comprising: a main frame mounted on a pile head; a drop hammer positioned on the upper side of the pile and provided to be able to be lifted on the main frame; an elevating unit positioned on the upper side of the main frame and for lifting the drop hammer; and an alignment unit for aligning the central axis of the elevating unit and the central axis of the pile when the main frame is mounted on the pile head. In addition, the dynamic load test device of the present invention serves to drop a plurality of rams of the drop hammer onto a pile, and may include a catch and locking unit capable of minimizing the occurrence of a bias when the plurality of rams strike the pile.
본 발명은 말뚝 두부에 거치되는 메인 프레임; 상기 말뚝의 상측에 배치되고, 상기 메인 프레임에 승강 가능하게 마련되는 드롭해머; 상기 메인 프레임의 상측에 배치되고, 상기 드롭해머를 승강시키기 위한 승강 유닛; 및 상기 메인 프레임이 상기 말뚝 두부에 거치될 때, 상기 승강 유닛의 중심축선과 상기 말뚝의 중심축선이 정렬되게 하는 정렬부를 포함하는, 동재하시험 장치에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명의 동재하시험 장치는 드롭해머의 복수의 램을 말뚝으로 낙하시키는 역할을 하는 것으로, 복수의 램이 말뚝을 타격할 때 편타 발생을 최소화 할 수 있는 캐치와 록킹 유닛을 포함할 수 있다.
