Height-adjustable and error-correctable post-type footbridge with bracket file reinforcement cap
The present invention provides a height-adjustable and error-correctable post-type footbridge with a bracket pile reinforcement cap. The height-adjustable and error-correctable post-type footbridge comprises: coping members connected to the top of a pile installed vertically on the ground; a main girder connected to the upper sides of the coping members; and a deck load connected to the upper side of the main girder. The coping members are separated into left and right parts at the center of the pile and assembled and connected to each other, and include: a pile reinforcing cap connected to the top of the pile; and a bracket connected to the pile reinforcing cap and having a width that increases upwardly. The pile reinforcing cap includes: a body part surrounding a side of the upper part of the pile; and a locking part extending inwardly from the top of the body part to be held on the upper side of the pile. The bracket includes: inclined parts having a lower end connected to the outer peripheral surface of the body part and extending upward and outward; and a horizontal part connected to the upper sides of the inclined parts. Therefore, the height-adjustable and error-correctable post-type footbridge can use clips, thereby improving constructability and preventing damage to deck material, enables the main girder to be quickly mounted and connected after the coping members are installed regardless of the type of pile, and can reduce a span length for each span receiving bending moment to reduce the height of the main girder, thereby being constructed economically.
본 발명은 높이조절 및 오차보정이 가능하고 브라켓 파일보강캡이 결합된 지주식 인도교로서, 지면에 수직으로 설치되는 파일의 상단에 결합되는 코핑부재; 상기 코핑부재의 상측에 결합되는 메인거더; 및 상기 메인거더의 상측에 결합되는 데크로드;를 포함하고, 상기 코핑부재는 상기 파일의 중심에서 좌우로 분리되데 상호 조립되어 결합되는 것으로, 상기 파일의 상단에 결합되는 파일보강캡과 상기 파일보강캡에 결합되고 상측으로 갈수록 폭이 확장되는 브라켓을 포함하고, 상기 파일보강캡은 상기 파일의 상부 측면을 감싸는 몸체부와 상기 몸체부의 상단에 내측으로 연장되어 상기 파일의 상측에 걸리는 걸림부를 포함하고, 상기 브라켓은 하단부가 상기 몸체부의 외주면에 결합되고 상향 외측으로 연장되는 경사부와 상기 경사부의 상측에 결합되는 수평부를 포함한다. 본 발명은 클립을 사용함으로써 시공성이 향상되고 데크재의 손상이 방지되며, 파일의 종류에 관계없이 코핑부재 설치한 후 메인거더를 신속하게 거치 및 결합할 수 있고, 휨모멘트를 받는 경간별 지간길이가 줄어 메인거더의 높이를 줄일 수 있어 경제적으로 시공할 수 있는 높이조절 및 오차보정이 가능하고 브라켓 파일보강캡이 결합된 지주식 인도교를 제공함을 목적으로 한다.

The present invention provides a height-adjustable and error-correctable post-type footbridge with a bracket pile reinforcement cap. The height-adjustable and error-correctable post-type footbridge comprises: coping members connected to the top of a pile installed vertically on the ground; a main girder connected to the upper sides of the coping members; and a deck load connected to the upper side of the main girder. The coping members are separated into left and right parts at the center of the pile and assembled and connected to each other, and include: a pile reinforcing cap connected to the top of the pile; and a bracket connected to the pile reinforcing cap and having a width that increases upwardly. The pile reinforcing cap includes: a body part surrounding a side of the upper part of the pile; and a locking part extending inwardly from the top of the body part to be held on the upper side of the pile.
