본 발명은, 암절개면의 녹화시, 녹화를 위한 종자 및 식생의 초기 생육을 강화할 수 있는 녹화 공법에 대한 것으로, 암반이 주를 이루는 암절개면의 녹화시, 황마를 주성분으로 하는 천연네트층을 구비하고, 말단에 관수를 수행하는 관수모듈을 구비하여, 자연 우천에 의한 관수 외에도 인공적인 관수가 자연스럽게 식생기반재층으로 유입되어, 식생 녹화종자의 초기 발아와 생육에 필요한 수분을 충분히 확보할 수 있도록 하여, 암 절개면의 녹화를 효율적으로 구현할 수 있도록 한다.
