The present invention relates to a column decoration structure which is formed to surround a column inside a building and can be installed in various decorations. More specifically, the column decoration structure formed to surround a column inside a building comprises: a frame formed to surround the outside of the column; a lighting device formed inside the frame and emitting light; and a decoration cover formed outside the frame and transmitting light.
