The present invention relates to a new surface coating method of structures using a starfish nano-bio coating composition and an eco-friendly, solvent-free and heavy-duty coating material for repair and protection of the surface of steel bridges and steel structures, and relates to a new surface coating method of steel structures in which the surface of steel structures such as bridges, water supply and sewage systems, tanks, steel pipes, water purification plants, and steel structures made of steel is coated with a solvent-free, eco-friendly composite coating material containing nano-sized starfish extracts, to increase adhesion, corrosion resistance, and rust prevention through a chemical curing reaction with the conductor, and by increasing the adhesion through chemical curing reaction between the base, middle and coating materials, waterproofing, moisture resistance, abrasion resistance, weather resistance, rust prevention, salt water resistance, chemical resistance, gloss and durability are improved, thereby prolonging the lifespan of the surface coating of the structure by maintaining the effect for a long time.
본 발명은 강교 및 강재 구조물의 표면 보수 보호용 불가사리 나노바이오 도료 조성물과 무용제형 친환경 중방식 도료를 이용한 구조물의 표면 신도장 방식 공법에 관한 것으로서, 강재로 구성된 교량, 상하수도, 탱크, 강관파이프, 정수장, 철 구조물 등의 강재 구조물 표면에 나노화된 불가사리 추출물을 포함한 무용제 친환경 복합 도료를 도장하여 피도체와의 화학경화반응에 의해 부착성과 내부식성 및 방청력을 증가시키고, 하도, 중도 및 상도 도료 상호와의 화학경화반응에 의한 부착력 증대로 내수성, 내습성, 내마모성, 내후성, 방청성, 내염수성, 내약품성, 광택성 및 내구성을 향상시킴에 의해 구조물의 표면 도장 효과가 장기간 유지되어 수명을 연장시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는 강재 구조물의 신도장 방식 공법에 관한 것이다.
