HEATING SHEET FOR PAVEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR PAVEMENT USING THE SAME
The present invention comprises: an adhesive layer (110) made of a butyl rubber material; a heating element (120) formed by weaving a heating wire; a carbon grid (130) processed from carbon fiber into a grid shape; and a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) film (140) laminated on the top to prevent damage to the heating element (120) and the carbon grid (130) due to a packaging work. The present invention provides a heating sheet (100) for road paving in which the adhesive layer (110) is formed to mutually bond the heating element (120), the carbon grid (130), and the high-density polyethylene film (140) and is formed on the bottom to be attached to a road surface or a bridge surface so as to have excellent thermal conductivity and heat-insulating functions, prevent damage to a sheet due to a load generated during laying and compaction of asphalt, and increase resistance to plastic deformation of asphalt.
본 발명은 부틸고무 재질에 의한 점착층(110); 열선의 직조에 의해 형성된 발열체(120); 탄소섬유(Carbon Fiber)를 그리드 형태로 가공한 카본그리드(Carbon Grid)(130); 포장작업에 의한 상기 발열체(120) 및 카본그리드(130)의 손상을 방지하도록, 최상부에 적층된 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름(HDPE Film)(140);을 포함하고, 상기 점착층(110)은 상기 발열체(120), 카본그리드(130), 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름(140)을 상호 접착하도록 형성됨과 아울러, 노면 또는 교면에 부착하도록 최하층에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 도로포장용 발열시트(100)를 제시함으로써, 열전도성 및 보온기능이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 아스팔트의 포설 및 다짐 시 발생하는 하중에 의한 시트의 손상을 방지하고, 아스콘의 소성변형에 대한 저항성을 증대할 수 있도록 한다.
