본 발명은 맨홀뚜껑의 안전부표에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 맨홀내부에서 맨홀뚜껑의 하부에 수평의 안전부표를 설치하여, 집중호우로 맨홀뚜껑이 개방되는 경우, 수압 및 부력에 의해 안전부표가 물위로 떠오르면서 개방된 맨홀의 위를 보행자가 식별할 수 있도록 하는 것이며, 안전부표와 함께 보조경고부가 함께 펼쳐지면서 이러한 더욱 확실한 경고와 함께 개방된 맨홀의 위치를 확인할 수 있어, 맨홀 추락 등의 안전사고를 사전에 예방할 수 있도록 하는 맨홀뚜껑의 안전부표에 관한 것이다.
