Firewood Kiln For Firing Ceramic Products Including an Air Flow Guide Plate
In accordance with the present invention, a firewood kiln for firing a ceramic product including an airflow guide plate, includes: a kiln inlet cylinder having an ignition space formed therein to burn firewood; at least one kiln compartment having a shelf on which a ceramic product is placed, and having a firing space connected to the ignition space through a fire door to circulate flames and combustion heat generated from the ignition space; a chimney compartment connected to the firing space through the fire door, and having a chimney provided to discharge the combustion heat and smoke circulated from the firing space, to the outside; and an airflow guide plate provided in an erect state on a floor in front of the shelf inside the firing space, guiding some of an airflow circulated toward the chimney compartment within the firing space, toward the floor of the firing space. Therefore, the present invention is capable of effectively increasing temperature in a kiln such that a user can make a ceramic product in a desired manner.
본 발명에 따른 기류유도판을 포함하는 도예 제품 소성용 장작가마는, 내부에 장작불을 지피는 발화공간이 형성된 봉통, 도예 제품이 안치되도록 마련되는 선반이 구비되며, 상기 발화공간과 불문에 의해 연통되어 상기 발화공간에서 발생한 화염 및 연소열이 유동되는 소성공간이 형성된 하나 이상의 가마칸, 상기 소성공간과 불문에 의해 연통되며, 상기 소성공간으로부터 유동된 연소열 및 연기를 외부로 배출시키는 굴뚝이 구비된 굴뚝칸 및 상기 소성공간 내부에서 상기 선반의 전방 측 바닥에 기립된 상태로 구비되어, 상기 소성공간 내에서 상기 굴뚝칸 방향으로 유동되는 기류의 일부를 상기 소성공간의 바닥 방향으로 유도하는 기류유도판을 포함한다.
