Collecting equipment for ready mixed concrete
The present invention relates to a raw concrete collection device that can be installed and dismantled under a ready-mix concrete dumping work site to receive raw concrete that flows out of a concrete pouring pump car, comprising: a sheet that is arranged on the floor of a ready-mix concrete dumping work site and is provided in a rectangular box shape with an open top; and a frame that supports the side outer surface of the sheet. The frame is composed of a pair of short-side sections that support the short sides of the sheet and a pair of long-side sections that support the long sides of the sheet. The short-side sections and long-side sections are provided so that they can be assembled. The portion where the short-side sections and long-side sections meet and the portion where the long-side sections are mutually connected are fixed through a fastening means.
본 발명은 콘크리트 타설용 펌프카 외부로 흘러 유기되는 생콘크리트를 받아낼 수 있도록 레미콘 덤핑 작업지 하부에 설치 및 해체가 가능한 생콘크리트 수거장비에 관한 것으로서, 레미콘 덤핑 작업지 바닥에 배치되며 상부가 개구된 장방형 박스 형상으로 구비되는 시트; 및 상기 시트의 측면 외곽을 지지하는 프레임;으로 이루어지며, 상기 프레임은 상기 시트의 단변을 지지하는 한 쌍의 단측부와 시트의 장변을 지지하는 한 쌍의 장측부로 이루어지되, 상기 단측부와 장측부는 조립이 가능하게 구비되며, 단측부와 장측부가 만나는 부분과 장측부의 상호 연결 부분은 체결수단을 통해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
