The present invention relates to a water pipe cleaning system with a fine bubble generating device and a water pipe cleaning method using the same, which improves the quality of cleaning by using fine bubbles, including bubbles, microbubbles, and nanobubbles when cleaning water pipes by providing a water pipe cleaning device having a fine bubble generating device that is laminated with various wire diameters and multi-layered springs to form a plurality of uneven micro-pores, and a water pipe cleaning method using the same, and improves constructability and economic efficiency by increasing the length of the cleaning extension length. According to the present invention, the water pipe cleaning system with a fine bubble generating device comprises: a washing vehicle which includes a generator, a water pump, a water tank, and a hose drum and operates by receiving tap water from a fire hydrant; a fine bubble generating device installed in the process of supplying tap water from the washing vehicle through a hose to generate micro bubbles and nano bubbles; and a spray nozzle installed at the tip of the hose to spray washing water. It is configured to comprise a vertical pipe or a vertical pipe at the beginning and end of a water supply pipe to be cleaned, respectively, and a spray nozzle is inserted into the inside of the vertical pipe to spray bubble water mixed with tap water to clean the water supply pipe. A tap water or wash water discharge hose from an endpoint vertical pipe, after each of the starting and endpoint vertical pipes has been submerged, is directed to discharge some or all of the tap water or wash water into a sewer manhole or channel through a clear pipe above ground and a filtered sedimentation basin.
본 발명은 다종 선경 및 다층 겹수의 용수철로 적층되어 불균등한 다수 미세 공극을 형성하는 미세 버블 발생 장치를 갖는 상수도관 세척 장치와 이를 이용한 상수도관 세척 공법을 제공하여 상수도관 세척시 버블과 마이크로 버블 및 나노 버블을 포함한 미세 버블을 이용하여 세척 품질을 향상시키고, 세척 연장 길이를 증가시켜 시공성과 경제성을 동시에 향상할 수 있도록 하는 미세 버블 발생 장치를 갖는 상수도관 세척 시스템 및 이를 이용한 상수도관 세척 공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 발전기, 워터 펌프, 물탱크, 호스 드럼을 포함하고 소화전으로부터 수돗물을 공급받아 작동하는 세척차량과; 상기 세척차량에서 호스를 통해 수돗물이 송수되는 과정에 설치되어 마이크로 버블 및 나노 버블을 발생하도록 설치되는 미세 버블 발생장치와; 상기 호스의 선단부에 설치되어 세척수를 분사하는 분사 노즐을; 포함하고, 세척 대상 상수관의 시점 제수변과 종점 제수변에 각각의 시점 수직관이나 종점 수직관을 구성하도록 이루어지며, 상기 시점 수직관의 내측으로 분사노즐을 삽입 설치하여 수돗물에 버블이 혼입된 버블수가 분사되어 상수도관 세척이 이루어지도록 구성하되; 상기 시점 제수변과 종점 제수변을 각각 잠근 후, 종점 수직관으로부터 수돗물 또는 세척수 배출 호스를 지상의 투명관과 여과침전조를 경유하여 하수 맨홀이나 수로로 수돗물 또는 세척수를 일부 또는 전부 배출하도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 버블 발생 장치를 갖는 상수도관 세척 시스템을 개시한다.
