The present invention provides a complex waterproofing structure and a method for crack repair and waterproofing of a building structure. The complex waterproofing structure comprises: a primer layer formed on the outside of a building structure; a first waterproof layer formed on the primer layer; a waterproof sheet layer attached on the first waterproof layer; a second waterproof layer formed on the waterproof sheet layer; and a film protection layer formed on the second waterproof layer. The waterproof sheet layer is provided so that adjacent waterproof sheets overlap, and further includes a support member provided between the waterproof sheet layer and the first waterproof layer under the waterproof sheet layer, and the adjacent waterproof sheets are provided so as to overlap on the support member.
본 발명은 건축 구조물의 외측에 형성되는 프라이머층과, 상기 프라이머층 상에 형성되는 제1방수층과, 상기 제1방수층 상에 접착되어 구비되는 방수시트층과, 상기 방수시트층 상에 형성되는 제2방수층과, 상기 제2방수층 상에 형성되는 도막보호층을 포함하며; 상기 방수시트층은 이웃하는 방수시트가 겹쳐 구비되고, 상기 방수시트층의 하부로 방수시트층과 제1방수층 사이에 구비되는 받침부재를 더 포함하며, 이웃하는 방수시트는 받침부재 상에서 겹쳐 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축 구조물 균열 보수와 방수를 위한 복합 방수 구조 및 공법를 제공한다.

The present invention provides a complex waterproofing structure and a method for crack repair and waterproofing of a building structure. The complex waterproofing structure comprises: a primer layer formed on the outside of a building structure; a first waterproof layer formed on the primer layer; a waterproof sheet layer attached on the first waterproof layer; a second waterproof layer formed on the waterproof sheet layer; and a film protection layer formed on the second waterproof layer. The waterproof sheet layer is provided so that adjacent waterproof sheets overlap, and further includes a support member provided between the waterproof sheet layer and the first waterproof layer under the waterproof sheet layer, and the adjacent waterproof sheets are provided so as to overlap on the support member.
