The present invention relates to a non-structural seismic device, and more specifically to a non-structural seismic device for installing a full-thread bolt capable of fixing an upper end to a ceiling slab, reinforcing a seismic resistance of a non-structural element, equipment, to the full-thread bolt by reinforcing the full-thread bolt by fixing a lower end to the full-thread bolt, and simply performing the seismic reinforcement because the non-structural seismic device can be installed in a position that does not interfere with the equipment even if the non-structural element, equipment, is already installed on the full-thread bolt. 본 발명은 비구조 내진 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 천정 슬래브에 상단이 고정되고, 전산 볼트에 하단이 고정되어 전산 볼트를 보강함으로써 전산 볼트에 비구조 요소인 설비의 내진을 보강할 수 있고, 전산 볼트에 비구조 요소인 설비가 기설치된 경우에도 설비와 미간섭되는 위치에서 설치가 가능하여 간단하게 내진 보강을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 전산 볼트 설치용 비구조 내진 장치에 관한 것이다.
