The present invention provides an eco-friendly septic tank structure installed in an apartment complex. The eco-friendly septic tank structure installed in the apartment complex includes: a septic tank buried in the ground of the apartment complex; a sewage pipe that discharges sewage discharged from each household of the apartment complex into the interior of the septic tank; a sewage discharge unit that discharges sewage contained inside the septic tank to the outside; a deodorizing agent supply unit that is connected to the sewage pipe and supplies a deodorizing agent into the interior of the sewage pipe; a vibration providing unit that provides a predetermined vibration to the sewage pipe when sewage is detected to be discharged into the interior of the sewage pipe; and a control unit that controls the operation of the sewage discharge unit and the deodorizing agent supply unit. By applying a predetermined vibration to the sewage pipe that discharges sewage from each household of the apartment complex into the interior of the septic tank, the flow path is effectively prevented from being blocked by sewage or waste.
