TOWER-TYPE SAFETY WORKING STANDN HAVING VERTICAL CONNECTION UNIT
The present invention relates to a tower-type safety working stand having a vertical connection unit, which may comprise: a plurality of unit broad-width tower structures which are vertically connected; a vertical connecting unit which connects two unit broad-width tower structures adjacent to each other; and a broad-width foothold which is detachably mounted on the unit broad-width tower structure. The broad-width foothold comprises: two main support bars which are located to be in parallel with each other while being spaced apart from each other; a plurality of connecting support bars which are located by being spaced apart from each other in a longitudinal direction between the two main support bars; a first fastening unit which respectively fastens both ends of the longitudinal direction of the connecting support bar to the two main support bars; a foothold which is coupled to the two main support bars to cover the connecting support bars in order to be supported with the connecting support bars and the main support bars; hanging members which are coupled to each of the both ends of the longitudinal direction of the main support bars by means of a second fastening unit, and are hung at the component of the unit broad-width tower structure; and a dislocation prevention unit which is detachably coupled to the latching member to prevent dislocation. According to the present invention, structural stability may be increased, such that the worker may safely work at a facility or a structure with heights.
본 발명은 수직 연결유닛이 적용된 타워형 안전작업대에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 수직 방향으로 연결되는 복수 개의 단위 광폭타워구조물; 상기 서로 인접하는 두 개의 단위 광폭타워구조물을 연결하는 수직 연결유닛; 및 상기 단위 광폭타워구조물에 착탈 가능하게 장착되는 광폭형 발판을 포함하며, 상기 광폭형 발판은, 서로 간격을 두고 나란하게 위치하는 두 개의 메인지지바들; 상기 두 개의 메인지지바들 사이에 길이 방향으로 서로 간격을 두고 위치하는 복수 개의 연결지지바들; 상기 연결지지바의 길이 방향 양단을 상기 두 개의 메인지지바들에 각각 체결하는 제1 체결유닛; 상기 두 개의 메인지지바들에 결합되어 연결지지바들을 복개하여 연결지지바들과 메인지지바들에 지지되는 발판; 상기 메인지지바들의 각 길이 방향 양단에 제2 체결유닛에 의해 결합되며 상기 단위 광폭타워구조물의 구성요소에 걸쳐지는 걸침부재들; 및 상기 걸침부재에 착탈 가능하게 결합되어 이탈을 방지하는 이탈방지유닛을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 구조적 안정성을 높여 높이가 높은 시설이나 구조물에서 작업자가 안전하게 작업할 수 있다.
