Modular building interior and exterior material unit
A modular building interior and exterior material unit, which is used as interior and exterior material units for a modular building by coupling adjacent modular interior and exterior material units, is disclosed. The modular building interior and exterior material unit comprises: a pair of vertical frames, which are symmetrically arranged and spaced apart from each other, each of which has a seating frame protruding lengthwise on the side thereof and having a seating groove formed within; at least one panel which is attached to the outer side of the pair of vertical frames; at least one clip, of which one end is attached to the side of the vertical frame and the other end is inserted into a through-hole formed on the vertical frame of an adjacent modular building interior and exterior materials; and gaskets which are made of an elastic material and protrude lengthwise on the side of each vertical frame and fit into the seating grooves. When the adjacent modular building interior and exterior material units are connected by the clips, the gaskets coupled to each unit come into close contact to seal the space between the adjacent modular building interior and exterior material units.
이웃하는 모듈형 건축 내·외장재 유닛끼리 결합되어 건축물의 내·외장재로 사용되는 모듈형 건축 내·외장재 유닛이 개시된다. 상기 모듈형 건축 내·외장재 유닛은, 서로 이격되어 대칭으로 배치되고, 내부에 안착홈이 형성된 안착프레임이 측면에 길이방향으로 돌출되어 형성되는 한 쌍의 수직프레임, 상기 한 쌍의 수직프레임의 외측에 부착 설치되는 적어도 하나의 패널, 일단이 상기 수직프레임의 측면에 결합되고 타단이 이웃하는 다른 모듈형 건축 내·외장재의 수직프레임에 형성된 관통홀에 삽입되는 적어도 하나의 클립 및 상기 한 쌍의 수직프레임 각각의 측면에 길이방향으로 돌출되면서 상기 안착홈에 결합되는 탄성 재질의 가스켓을 포함하고, 이웃하는 상기 모듈형 건축 내·외장재 유닛이 상기 클립에 의하여 연결되는 경우 각각의 모듈형 건축 내·외장재 유닛에 결합된 가스켓이 밀착 접촉하면서 이웃하는 상기 모듈형 건축 내·외장재 유닛 사이의 공간을 밀폐시킬 수 있다.
