The present invention sets a type of liquid snow removal agent, a solution concentration, a spraying density, a spraying lane, and a driving speed of a snow removal vehicle, converts the spraying density set in weight units per unit area into volume units per unit area according to the type of liquid snow removal agent and the solution concentration set, calculates a spraying amount of the liquid snow removal agent according to the spraying density converted into volume units per unit area, the number of spraying lanes, and the driving speed, and sprays the calculated spraying amount of the liquid snow removal agent on the spraying lane. Accordingly, the amount of liquid snow removal agent to be sprayed is automatically calculated according to the type of liquid snow removal agent and solution concentration in accordance with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's solid snow application density (g/㎡) standard, so even when applying liquid snow removal agent, the amount is accurately calculated in accordance with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's standards, enabling efficient snow removal work using liquid snow even if there are no regulations for liquid snow removal agent in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's Road Snow Removal Handbook.
