The present invention relates to a road liquid injection system that sprays liquid containing clean road water or salt water for road snow removal and anti-icing. Disclosed is an eco-friendly road liquid injection system including: a storage tank for storing the liquid; a water treatment device disposed around or inside the storage tank to purify the liquid; a piping which extends along the road and is installed buried or externally in the median, road surface, or roadside; a pump which transports the liquid in the storage tank through the piping; and a plurality of spray nozzles which are fixedly installed at predetermined intervals along the road, connected to the piping through a high-pressure hose, and selectively opened to spray the liquid onto the road surface. The water treatment device includes: a gravel filter unit having a support body of a predetermined shape and a plurality of porous gravels disposed on the support body.
