The present invention relates to a pre-drilling method for offshore wind power using a guide frame and a pre-drilling equipment. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pre-drilling method for offshore for constructing a lower basic structure jacket of an offshore wind power structure, which comprises: a first step of locating a jack-up barge at a location where the jacket will be constructed, and setting a jack-up barge with a crane near a first offshore pre-drilling location; a second step of setting a guide frame on one side on a corner of the jack-up barge; a third step of inserting a drilling casing into the guide frame through the crane, and fixing the drilling casing on the guide frame; a fourth step of settling the drilling casing on the sea bottom surface; a fifth step of inputting an excavation equipment into the drilling casing and performing the drilling; a sixth step of moving and setting the jack-up barge to a second drilling location; a seventh step of performing the third through fifth steps at the second drilling location; and an eighth step of removing the drilling casing and moving the jack-up barge to the next drilling location. Therefore, the pre-drilling can be conducted at a precise location.
본 발명은 가이드 프레임을 이용한 해상풍력 선 천공방법 및 선 천공장비에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 해상풍력구조물의 하부기초구조물 자켓을 시공하기 위한 해상 선천공방법으로서, 상기 자켓이 시공될 위치에 잭업바지를 위치시키고, 해상 1차 선천공 위치 부근에 크레인이 설치된 잭업바지를 세팅하는 제1단계; 상기 잭업바지 모서리 일측에 가이드프레임을 세팅하는 제2단계; 상기 크레인을 통해 천공용 케이싱을 상기 가이드프레임에 삽입, 관통시키고 상기 가이드 프레임 상에 고정시키는 제3단계; 상기 천공용 케이싱을 해저면에 안착시키는 제4단계; 상기 천공용 케이싱 내부로 굴착장비를 투입하여 천공하는 제5단계; 다음 2차 천공위치로 상기 잭업바지를 이동 세팅하는 제6단계; 및 상기 2차 천공위치에서 상기 제3단계 내지 제 5단계를 진행하는 제7단계; 및 상기 천공용 케이싱을 제거하고 다음 천공 위치로 잭업바지를 이동하는 제8단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가이드 프레임을 이용한 해상풍력 선 천공방법에 관한 것이다.
