The present invention relates to a method for constructing a geothermal energy system using an overlap pile wall including energy piles, which comprises: an overlap pile wall construction step of constructing female piles spaced apart from each other at intervals narrower than the diameter of male piles, and constructing the male piles comprising a reinforcing mesh partially overlapping with the female piles in the intervals between the female piles, wherein some or all of the male piles are constructed with energy piles including geothermal absorption pipes; a plumbing room construction step of constructing a plumbing room including a collection manifold for collecting geothermal absorbed circulating water, a collection main pipe connected to the collection manifold, a distribution manifold for distributing the geothermal absorbed circulating water to the geothermal absorption pipe, and a distribution main pipe connected to the distribution manifold; and a heat pump system construction step of constructing an inlet main pipe for transporting the geothermal absorbed circulating water, an outflow main pipe for transporting the circulating water in which the geothermal energy is consumed to the distribution manifold in the plumbing room or receiving supplemental water from a supplemental water supply pipe, and a heat pump which converts the geothermal energy contained in the circulating water transported from the inlet main pipe into cooling, heating, or hot water energy. The energy from the heat pump system can be utilized for cooling, heating or hot water in underground or above ground structures, or for melting underground driveways or bridge deck slabs.
본 발명은 에너지말뚝을 포함한 겹침주열말뚝벽체를 이용한 지열에너지시스템 시공방법으로서, 하기 숫말뚝들의 직경보다 좁은 간격으로 상호 이격되게 암말뚝들을 시공하고, 상기 암말뚝들의 사이사이에 암말뚝들과 일부 겹쳐지면서 철근망을 포함하는 숫말뚝들을 시공하되, 상기 숫말뚝들 전부 또는 일부는 지열흡수배관을 포함하는 에너지말뚝으로 시공하는 겹침주열말뚝벽체 시공단계; 상기 에너지말뚝들의 지열흡수배관의 일단에 연결되어 지열을 흡수한 순환수를 수집하는 집수다중관과, 상기 집수다중관에 연결된 집수주배관과, 상기 에너지말뚝들의 지열흡수배관의 타단에 연결되어 지열이 사용된 순환수를 상기 지열흡수배관으로 분배하는 분배다중관과, 상기 분배다중관에 연결된 분배주배관을 포함하는 배관실을 시공하는 배관실 시공단계; 상기 집수주배관으로부터 지열을 흡수한 순환수를 이송하는 유입주배관과, 상기 배관실의 분배주배관으로 지열이 사용된 순환수를 이송하거나 보충수 공급관으로부터 보충수가 유입되는 유출주배관과, 상기 유입주배관으로부터 이송된 순환수에 포함된 지열 에너지를냉난방에너지나 온수에너지로 변환시키는 히트펌프를 시공하는 히트펌프시스템 시공단계;를 포함하고, 상기 히트펌프시스템으로부터의 에너지를 지하 구조물 또는 지상 구조물의 냉방, 난방 또는 온수에 이용하거나, 지하 차도 또는 교량 바닥판의 융설에 이용할 수 있다. 본 발명에 의하면, 효율적이고 깨끗하며 친환경적으로 에너지를 확보할 수 있고, 시공비용이 크게 절약되고, 물 순환펌프의 운전비용이 크게 줄어들 수 있다.
