본 발명은 빅 데이터 기반 수로관리시스템을 제공한다. 상기 빅 데이터 기반 수로관리시스템은 기상, 영상 정보를 포함하는 빅 데이터를 수집하는 데이터 수집 서버; 수로에 설치되며, 상기 수로를 개폐 및 수량을 조절하는 하나 또는 다수의 수문 장치; 및, 상기 데이터 수집 서버로부터 무선 통신 방식을 통해 상기 빅 데이터를 전송 받고, 상기 빅 데이터에 포함되는 상기 기상 정보를 기초로 미리 설정되는 기준 수량을 이루도록 상기 하나 또는 다수의 수문 장치의 구동을 무선 통신 방식으로 제어하는 관리자 어플리케이션 장치를 포함한다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 빅 데이터 기반 수로관리시스템을 사용하는 빅 데이터 기반 수로관리방법을 제공한다.
Provided is a big data-based canal management system, which can variably adjust the opening and closing of a waterway and the amount of water. The big data-based canal management system comprises: a data collection server which collects big data including weather and image information; one or a plurality of gate devices which are installed in a waterway, open and close the waterway, and adjust the amount of water; and a manager application which receives the big data from the data collection server through a wireless communication method and controls driving of the one or the plurality of gate devices by the wireless communication method to achieve a reference amount of water pre-set based on the weather information included in the big data. In addition, provided is a big data-based canal management method using the big data-based canal management system.
