CLAMP JIG APPARATUS FOR MODULE LIFTING AND MODULE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a clamp jig apparatus for a module lift, which supports, on the lower side, an upper flange of a first module falling under an H-shaped beam member having a plate with an open installation groove for connecting an anchor member on an end part, and supports, on the upper side, a lower flange of a second module falling under an H-shaped beam member to be at right angles to the first module on a plane. The clamp jig apparatus for a module lift comprises: a pair of first clamp structures which includes a pillar unit, an upper plate unit extended from an upper end of the pillar unit to be arranged in a plate shape, and having the lower surface of the lower flange of the second module on the upper surface when being connected to the second module, and a lower support unit having a C-shaped structure on a vertical cross-section, and extended from a lower end of the pillar unit to provide a first insertion space inside; a first upper fastening unit including a parallel plate part arranged in a plate shape, and a right angle plate part extended from an end unit in a widthwise direction of the parallel plate part to be arranged in a plate shape at right angles to the parallel plate part; and a second upper fastening unit extended to have a plate shape protruding towards the other end part in the widthwise direction of the parallel plate part at a certain height falling under the upper side of the parallel plate part of the right angle plate part, and having a C-shaped structure on a vertical cross-section to provide a second insertion space inside. Therefore, the occurrence of accidents can be minimized.
본 발명은 단부에 앵커(Anchor)부재의 연결을 위해 개방된 설치홈이 마련된 플레이트(Plate)를 구비한 H형태의 빔(Beam) 부재에 해당하는 제1모듈의 상부 플랜지를 하측에 받치고, H형태의 빔(Beam) 부재에 해당하는 제2모듈의 하부 플랜지(Flange)를 평면상 상기 제1모듈과 직교하게 상측에 받치는 모듈 리프트용 클램프 지그장치에 관한 것으로, 기둥부; 판 형상으로 마련되도록 상기 기둥부 상단으로부터 연장 형성되며, 상기 제2모듈과의 연결 시 상면에 상기 제2모듈의 하부 플랜지 하면이 놓이는 상판부; 및 상하 단면상 ㄷ자형 구조를 갖추어 내측에 제1끼움공간을 제공하도록 상기 기둥부 하단으로부터 연장 형성되는 하부 받침부;를 포함하는 한 쌍의 제1클램프 구조체; 및 판 형상으로 마련되는 평행판 부분과 상기 평행판 부분과 직교한 판 형상으로 마련되도록 상기 평행판 부분의 너비방향 기준 일단부로부터 연장 형성되는 직교판 부분을 포함하는 제1상부 체결부; 및 상기 직교판 부분의 상기 평행판 부분 상측에 해당하는 일정 높이상에 상기 평행판 부분의 너비방향 기준 타단부 측으로 돌출된 판 형상을 갖추도록 연장 형성되어 상하 단면상 ㄷ자형 구조를 갖추어 내측에 제2끼움공간을 제공하는 제2상부 체결부;를 포함한다.
