본 발명은 코킹부재를 구비한 외벽패널 시스템에 관한 것으로, 별도의 코킹작업 없이도 외벽패널과 외벽패널 사이의 틈새를 통한 수분의 침투를 효과적으로 차단하면서 일정 이상의 방수 및 내진성능을 갖도록 하여 시공과정 및 시공시간을 대폭 단축할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명은, 수평 프레임에 설치되는 외벽패널;을 포함하며, 상기 외벽패널은 후단부 둘레부를 따라 상측 및 하측, 좌측 및 우측으로 돌출된 날개부를 구비하며, 상기 외벽패널의 상측 및 하측 날개부 중 어느 하나와 다른 하나가 전방과 후방으로 서로 단차를 두고 전방단차 날개부와 후방단차 날개부로 형성되고, 상기 외벽패널의 좌측 및 우측 날개부 중 어느 하나와 다른 하나가 전방과 후방으로 서로 단차를 두고 전방단차 날개부와 후방단차 날개부로 형성되어, 상기 외벽패널을 순차적으로 설치하면 서로 이웃하는 외벽패널들의 후방단차 날개부 전면에 전방단차 날개부가 겹쳐지도록 하며, 납작한 사각의 링 형상을 갖고 상기 외벽패널의 외측에서 상기 전방단차 날개부의 후면과 상기 후방단차 날개부의 전면에 접하도록 설치되는 코킹부재를 더 포함하여, 상기 외벽패널을 순차적으로 설치할 때 서로 이웃하는 외벽패널들의 후방단차 날개부와 전방단차 날개부 사이에 상기 코킹부재가 밀착된 상태로 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외벽패널 시스템.
