COUPLER DEVICE FOR CONNECTING REINFORCING ROD
Provided in the present invention is a coupler device for connecting a reinforcing rod, which comprises: a pressurizing unit which comprises a body having a reinforcing rod coupling unit at which a predetermined length of a reinforcing rod may be inserted into each of both sides, and a connecting unit which is formed between the reinforcing rod coupling units to connect the reinforcing rod coupling units, wherein the body is separated into upper and lower portions to be symmetrical to each other to constitute an upper body and a lower body; a socket which is formed in a shape in which the body may penetrate, and surrounds the outer circumferential surface of the central portion of the body while fixedly pressurizing the upper body and the lower body; and a fastening unit which is formed such that a predetermined length of the end portion of the body may be inserted thereinto, and surrounds the outer circumferential surface of the predetermined length of the body while fixedly pressurizing the upper body and the lower body. On the inside of the center of the connecting unit of each of the upper body and the lower body, an insertion groove of a predetermined depth may be formed in an up-and-down direction to cross at right angles with the longitudinal direction of the body. The pressurizing unit further comprises an adjustment unit including a guide bar of a predetermined length, of which the upper portion may be inserted into the insertion groove formed at the upper body, and the lower portion may be inserted into the insertion groove formed at the lower body, and a spring unit which is installed while surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the guide bar at the predetermined length of the guide bar. Therefore, a reinforcing rod may be more easily located and fixed.
본 발명은 양 측 각각에 철근의 소정 길이가 삽입될 수 있는 철근결합부와, 상기 철근결합부 사이에 형성되어 상기 철근결합부를 연결하는 연결부가 형성된 몸체를 포함하되, 상기 몸체는 서로 대칭을 이루도록 상하부가 분리되어 상부몸체와 하부몸체로 형성되는 가압부; 내부로 상기 몸체가 관통 가능한 형상으로 형성되어, 상기 몸체 중심부의 외주면을 감싸며 상기 상부몸체와 상기 하부몸체를 가압 고정하는 소켓; 및 내부로 상기 몸체의 단부 소정 길이가 삽입 가능하게 형성되어, 상기 몸체 소정 길이의 외주면을 감싸며 상기 상부몸체와 상기 하부몸체를 가압 고정하는 조임부;를 포함하되, 상기 상부몸체 및 상기 하부몸체 각각의 연결부의 중심 내측에는 상기 몸체의 길이방향과 직교하는 상하방향을 따라 소정 깊이의 삽입홈이 형성되고, 상기 가압부는, 상부는 상기 상부몸체에 형성된 상기 삽입홈으로 삽입 가능하고 하부는 상기 하부몸체에 형성된 상기 삽입홈으로 삽입 가능한 소정 길이의 가이드바와, 상기 가이드바의 소정 길이에서 상기 가이드바의 외주면을 감싸며 설치된 스프링부를 포함하는 조절부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철근 이음용 커플러 장치를 제공한다.
