Provided is an energy-saving home sauna device which comprises: a housing having a sauna space provided inside which can accommodate part or all of the body; a heat generating unit installed in the housing and generating heat to increase the temperature of the sauna space; and a control box installed on an outer wall of the housing and driving the heat generating unit. In addition, a wall forming each side of the housing is made of a multi-layered structure and may comprise: a wood panel facing the sauna space; a composite panel provided at an outer side of the wood panel and made of a mixture of graphene, Korean paper fiber, and ceramic; and Korean paper attached to an outer side of the composite panel. Accordingly, energy consumption can be reduced.
