Disclosed is an optical lens floor traffic light. The optical lens floor traffic light according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a housing unit which is buried in the ground to be installed, forms an enclosed storage space therein, and is provided in a box-shaped structure made of an aluminum heat radiation material; an LED lamp unit which is mounted on the storage space in the housing unit in a detachable structure, and is provided in a PCB structure in which a plurality of light generating elements are mounted on the upper surface to upwardly project light; and an optical lens unit which is provided in a structure detachable to the upper surface of the housing unit, is provided in a structure for sealing the storage space in the housing unit by being mounted on the upper surface of the housing unit, is provided in a structure of which the cross-section area gradually increases from the upper surface of the LED lamp unit in an upward direction, and is provided in a structure which disperses the light delivered from the LED lamp unit in upper, left and right directions to diffuse the light to the upper surface. According to the present invention, provided is the optical lens floor traffic light, wherein power consumption and maintenance costs may be reduced. The generation of civil complaints caused by glare at nighttime may be prevented in advance. The LED floor traffic light may be fabricated in a perfectly waterproof structure to prevent moisture generation and dew condensation caused in the LED floor traffic light. Furthermore, the major cause of the failures of the LED floor traffic light may be removed to minimize the failures and malfunctioning which may be caused during the use of the LED floor traffic light, such that the service life thereof may be extended.
광렌즈 바닥 신호등이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 광렌즈 바닥 신호등은, 설치하고자 하는 지중에 매설되고, 내부에 밀폐형 수납공간을 형성하며, 알루미늄 방열 소재로 구성된 박스형 구조의 하우징부; 상기 하우징부 내부의 수납공간에 탈착 가능한 구조로 장착되고, 상방으로 빛을 조사하는 다수의 광발생소자가 상부면에 탑재된 PCB 구조의 LED램프부; 및 상기 하우징부의 상부면에 탈착 가능한 구조이고, 하우징부의 상부면에 장착되어 하우징부 내부의 수납공간을 밀폐하는 구조이며, LED램프부의 상부면으로부터 상방으로 점차 횡단면적이 증가하는 구조이며, LED램프부로부터 전달된 빛을 상방 좌우로 분산하여 상부면으로 확산시키는 구조의 광렌즈부;를 포함하는 것을 구성의 요지로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 소비전력과 유지비용을 절감할 수 있고, 야간 눈부심에 의해 민원발생을 미연에 방지할 수 있으며, 엘이디 바닥 신호등을 완벽한 방수구조로 제작되도록 하여, 엘이디 바닥 신호등의 내부에서 발생하는 습기 발생 및 결로 현상을 차단할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 엘이디 바닥 신호등의 고장의 주요 원인을 제거하여, 엘이디 바닥 신호등의 사용 과정에서 나타날 수 있는 고장 및 오작동을 최소화하여, 그 사용 수명을 연장할 수 있는 광렌즈 바닥 신호등을 제공할 수 있다.
Disclosed is an optical lens floor traffic light.
