The construction method for waterproofing the kitchen floor, which is partitioned by a waterproof protrusion, of a business establishment comprises the steps of: detecting the location of pipes in the kitchen floor by using a scanning device, and marking the joints of the pipes; drilling injection holes in the marked joints and in the vicinity of the waterproof protrusion and inserting a packer into each injection hole; injecting an instant hardener into the packer in the vicinity of the pipes to cover and coat the joints of the pipes to seal the same; injecting a water-soluble urethane water-blocking material into the packer in the vicinity of the waterproof protrusion so that the same foams and hardens while following moisture, thereby blocking large gaps with the moisture; injecting a water-soluble acrylic water-blocking material into the packer so that the same hardens while following the moisture, thereby blocking small gaps with the moisture and gelling; and filling and finishing all the injection holes. Therefore, the construction method for waterproofing a gap between the floors of an apartment building by using a water-soluble water-blocking material can perform waterproofing without lifting the floors, thereby enabling quick waterproofing, can prevent noise, and can significantly lower construction costs.
본 발명은 상가 업소 주방바닥 방수공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 방수턱에 의해 구획된 주방바닥에 수용성 지수를 주입하여 방수턱에서 발생하는 누수를 완벽하게 방지하는 상가 업소 주방바닥 방수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 상가 업소 주방바닥 방수공법은, 방수턱에 의해 구획된 주방을 가지는 상가 업소 주방바닥에 있어서, 스캔 장비를 이용하여 주방바닥 내의 배관 위치를 탐지하고 배관의 이음 부분을 마킹하는 단계; 마킹된 부분 및 방수턱 주변에 주입구를 천공한 후 각 주입구에 패커를 삽입하는 단계; 배관 주변의 패커에 순간 경화제를 주입하여 배관 이음부를 감싸며 코팅하여 밀폐시키는 단계; 방수턱 주변의 패커에 수용성 우레탄 지수를 주입하여 수분을 따라가며 발포되어 경화됨으로써 수분이 있는 큰 틈새를 차단하는 단계; 패커에 수용성 아크릴 지수를 주입하여 수분을 따라가며 경화됨으로써 수분이 있는 작은 틈새를 차단하며 겔화시키는 단계; 및 모든 주입구를 메워 마감하는 단계; 를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 수용성 지수재를 이용한 공동주택 층간 방수 공법은 바닥을 들어내지 않고도 시공이 가능하여 신속하게 시공할 수 있고, 소음이 발생하지 않으며, 시공 비용이 대폭 저렴해지는 효과가 있다.
