Smart integrated transportation system
The present invention relates to a smart integrated transportation system comprising: a traffic information display receiving data collected from a traffic information center through a communication network to display real-time traffic information, emergency situations, and detour information and relay same to drivers and displaying breaking news, environment information, or outdoor advertising as well as the traffic information; and a traffic signal interface device integration controller performing voice guidance by linking the traffic signal to a pedestrian crossing at which the traffic information display is installed and performing visual guidance through a ground-level traffic light. According to the present invention, it is possible to smoothly provide a traffic situation to drivers by intuitively conveying various road situations or guide information, implement an integrated controller which has one control unit by integrating various additional devices installed at a post of the traffic light and interacts without redundant actions, and alleviate drivers' discomfort due to variable speed limit and provide safe traffic environment by installing a satisfying sign in a region requiring changes in speed limit of vehicles.
본 발명은 통합형 교통 관리 시스템으로서, 교통정보센터로부터 수집된 데이터를 통신망을 통해 제공받아 실시간 교통 정보, 돌발 상황 및 우회 정보를 디스플레이하여, 운전자에게 전달하도록 하고, 상기 교통 정보 뿐만 아니라, 뉴스 속보, 환경 정보 또는 옥외 광고를 디스플레이하도록 하는 교통전광판; 및 상기 교통전광판이 설치되는 횡단보도에 대한 교통신호와 연계하여, 음성안내를 수행하고, 바닥신호등을 통해 시각적 안내를 수행하도록 하는 교통신호 연계장치 통합제어기;를 포함하도록 한 스마트 통합 교통 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 각종 도로 상황이나 안내 정보를 운전자에게 직관적으로 전달하도록 하여, 원활한 교통상황을 제공할 수 있고, 교통신호등의 포스트에 설치되는 여러 부가 장치를 통합하여 하나의 제어부를 가지고서 중복되는 동작 없이 상호 작용하는 통합 제어기의 구현이 가능하도록 하며, 차량 제한속도 가변이 필요한 구역에 이를 만족시키도록하는 표지의 설치를 통해 가변적인 제한속도에 따른 운전자 등의 불편을 해소할 뿐만 아니라, 안전한 교통 환경을 제공할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.

본 발명은 통합형 교통 관리 시스템으로서, 교통정보센터로부터 수집된 데이터를 통신망을 통해 제공받아 실시간 교통 정보, 돌발 상황 및 우회 정보를 디스플레이하여, 운전자에게 전달하도록 하고, 상기 교통 정보 뿐만 아니라, 뉴스 속보, 환경 정보 또는 옥외 광고를 디스플레이하도록 하는 교통전광판; 및 상기 교통전광판이 설치되는 횡단보도에 대한 교통신호와 연계하여, 음성안내를 수행하고, 바닥신호등을 통해 시각적 안내를 수행하도록 하는 교통신호 연계장치 통합제어기;를 포함하도록 한 스마트 통합 교통 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 각종 도로 상황이나 안내 정보를 운전자에게 직관적으로 전달하도록 하여, 원활한 교통상황을 제공할 수 있고, 교통신호등의 포스트에 설치되는 여러 부가 장치를 통합하여 하나의 제어부를 가지고서 중복되는 동작 없이 상호 작용하는 통합 제어기의 구현이 가능하도록 하며, 차량 제한속도 가변이 필요한 구역에 이를 만족시키도록하는 표지의 설치를 통해 가변적인 제한속도에 따른 운전자 등의 불편을 해소할 뿐만 아니라, 안전한 교통 환경을 제공할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
