METHOD FOR LINING A PIPE
(과제) 저렴한 방법으로, 또 균일하게 관 라이닝재를 가열 경화시킴과 함께, 열경화 후의 관 라이닝재의 냉각을 효과적으로 실시한다. (해결 수단) 수조 (14, 15) 내의 물을 순환용 펌프 (21) 를 통해서 보일러 (13) 에 순환시켜 수조 내의 물을 가열하여 온수로 한다. 이 온수를 분출용 펌프 (22) 를 통해서 퍼내어 관 라이닝재에 분출하여 거기에 함침된 열경화성 수지를 경화시킨다. 열경화성 수지가 경화된 후, 순환용 펌프로부터 퍼내어지는 온수를 냉각기 (16, 17) 에 순환시켜 수조 내의 온수를 냉각수로 하고, 경화된 열경화성 수지에 분출하여 열경화성 수지를 냉각시킨다. 관 라이닝재 내에 저류하는 분출이 끝난 온수 또는 냉각수는 수조로 되돌아가 순환된다.
A pipe lining material impregnated with a thermosetting resin is inserted into a pipe and the thermosetting resin impregnated therein is cured to line the pipe with the pipe lining material. A circulation pump is used to circulate water in a water tank to a boiler to heat the water into hot water. The hot water is pumped using a spraying pump and sprayed on the pipe lining material to cure the thermosetting resin impregnated therein. After the thermosetting resin has been cured, the hot water pumped using the circulation pump is circulated to a cooler to cool the hot water into cool water, which is sprayed on the cured thermosetting resin to cool it. The sprayed hot or cool water that remains inside the lined pipe is returned to the water tank for circulation to the boiler or the cooler.
