The present invention provides an organic light emitting display device, which forms a dam with a regular width to prevent reliability of the organic light emitting display device from being lowered. The organic light emitting display device comprises: a first substrate having a display area and a non-display area; a second substrate facing the first substrate; an organic light emitting element layer arranged on the display area of the first substrate; a dam arranged between the non-display area of the first substrate and the second substrate to surround the organic light emitting element layer; and a plurality of dam patterns arranged within the dam. The dam patterns include: retrenchment part dam patterns arranged on retrenchment of one side and the other side of the dam; and internal dam patterns arranged on an inner side of the retrenchment part dam patterns wherein the retrenchment part dam patterns have shapes different from those of the internal dam patterns.
