본 발명은 복합시트를 이용한 옥상방수 및 균열보수 보강공법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 복합시트를 이용하여 콘크리트 구조물의 벽면 누수균열이나 외벽 표면을 복구하고 방수성능을 강화시킬 뿐만 아니라 태양열에 의한 건축물 온도 상승을 방지하여 열섬 효과를 줄이도록 차열특성을 증대시켜 에너지 절감에 기여할 수 있도록 개선된 복합시트를 이용한 옥상방수 및 균열보수 보강공법에 관한 것이다.
