본 발명은 승합차 슬라이딩 도어용 클러치 구조를 제공하고자 하는 것으로, 본 발명의 구성은 구동모터(20)의 모터축에 연결된 구동 클러치(72); 승합차의 슬라이딩 도어(2)가 슬라이딩 작동되도록 하기 위한 체인(60)에 동력전달부(50)와 로테이션 기어부(40) 및 스프로켓(159)을 통하여 연결되는 종동 클러치(74); 상기 구동 클러치(72)와 상기 종동 클러치(74)를 결합시켜서 상기 구동모터(20)의 모터축 회전시에 상기 구동 클러치(72)와 상기 종동 클러치(74)가 함께 회전되도록 하거나 상기 구동 클러치(72)와 상기 종동 클러치(74)의 결합을 해제하는 클러치 제어유닛(80);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명의 효과는 클러치 결합 제어 샤프트를 수동으로 돌려서 클러치 결합 서포트 패널의 일부를 클러치 결합 제어 푸셔(87)로 밀어서 상기 구동 클러치와 종동 클러치의 결합이 해제되도록 하거나 클러치 결합 서포트 패널의 모터 장착 패널부를 클러치 결합 푸셔로 누르는 힘을 해제함으로써 상기 구동 클러치와 종동 클러치의 결합이 해제되도록 할 수 있어서, 수동으로 구동 클러치와 종동 클러치의 결합을 해제하거나 구동 클러치와 종동 클러치를 결합시킬 수 있으므로, 승합차의 슬라이딩 도어를 수동으로 열거나 닫을 필요가 있는 때에는 언제든지 승합차의 슬라이딩 도어를 수동으로 열고 닫을 수 있도록 한다는 것이다.
In accordance with the present invention, provided is a clutch structure for a van sliding door. The clutch structure includes: a driving clutch (72) connected to a motor shaft of the driving motor (20); a driven clutch (74) connected to a chain (60) for enabling the sliding of a sliding door (2) of a van through a power transmission unit (50), a rotation gear unit (40), and a sprocket (159); and a clutch control unit (80) coupling the driving clutch (72) with the driven clutch (74) to cause the driving clutch (72) and the driven clutch (74) to be rotated together when the motor shaft of the diving motor (20) is rotated, or decoupling the driving clutch (72) and the driven clutch (74). In accordance with effects of the present invention, a clutch coupling control shaft is manually turned to push a part of a clutch coupling support panel through a clutch coupling control pusher to decouple the driving clutch and the driven clutch or a force, which pushes a motor mounting panel unit of the clutch coupling support panel through the clutch coupling pusher, is released to decouple the driving clutch and the driven clutch. Therefore, as the driving clutch and the driven clutch can be manually decoupled or coupled, the sliding door of the van can be manually opened or closed whenever the sliding door of the van needs to be manually opened or closed.

In accordance with the present invention, provided is a clutch structure for a van sliding door. The clutch structure includes: a driving clutch (72) connected to a motor shaft of the driving motor (20); a driven clutch (74) connected to a chain (60) for enabling the sliding of a sliding door (2) of a van through a power transmission unit (50), a rotation gear unit (40), and a sprocket (159); and a clutch control unit (80) coupling the driving clutch (72) with the driven clutch (74) to cause the driving clutch (72) and the driven clutch (74) to be rotated together when the motor shaft of the diving motor (20) is rotated, or decoupling the driving clutch (72) and the driven clutch (74).
