Abstract

The present invention is directed to providing a panelized wall that can couple an exterior wall to a packaging material in an eco-friendly manner without an adhesive, and an eco-friendly modular building comprising the same. The eco-friendly modular building of the present invention comprises: a plurality of modular bodies having a panelized wall comprising an external wall on which a dovetail is formed and a packaging material on which a male dovetail inserted into a female dovetail is formed and arranged in a vertical direction and a left-right direction; an open joint releasably coupling the two adjacent modular bodies in the vertical direction; a modular door rotatably provided between the two adjacent modular bodies; and a door drive part for rotating the modular door in a direction of closing the two adjacent modular bodies in rainy weather. The panelized wall and the eco-friendly modular building comprising the same according to one embodiment of the present invention have the effect of coupling the exterior wall to the packaging material in an eco-friendly manner without an adhesive.
