The present invention relates to a finishing member for maintaining airtightness of a panel, which is inserted into a gap between adjacently arranged panels to maintain the airtightness. The finishing member for maintaining the airtightness of the panel of the present invention comprises: a gap cover plate provided along the longitudinal direction of a pair of adjacently disposed panels and covering the gap between the pair of panels; a gap insertion shaft extending vertically downward along the longitudinal direction of the gap cover plate and inserted into the gap between the pair of panels; and a pair of variable elastic blades which are coupled to both sides of the gap insertion shaft so as to be elastically collapsible, wherein the gap is adjusted according to a width of the gap, and which closes the gap to let the airtightness be maintained.
