본 발명은 도자기의 주름문양 성형 방법에 관한 것으로서, 도자기 표면에 미려하면서 입체적인 주름 문양이 나타내어질 수 있도록 하여 도자기의 외관을 향상시킴과 함께 보다 생명력 있는 느낌을 제공하게 된다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 점토가 포함된 소지를 성형하여 원하는 형상의 도자기 본체를 성형하는 도자기 본체 성형단계와;(ST 1) 주름 형상을 이루는 다수의 주름 기물을 성형 제작하는 주름 기물 성형단계와;(ST 2) 상기 제작된 주름 기물을 도자기 본체 표면에 부착시키는 주름 기물 부착단계와;(ST 3) 상기 주름 기물이 부착된 도자기를 5~10일 동안 건조하는 건조단계와;(ST 4) 상기 주름 기물 표면에 유약을 시유하는 유약 시유단계와;(ST 5) 상기 건조가 이루어진 도자기를 1200~1300℃의 온도로 고온 소성하는 소성단계;(ST 6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a method for forming wrinkle patterns on ceramics, which forms a beautiful three-dimensional wrinkle pattern on the surface of ceramics to improve appearance of the ceramics and provides a vital feeling. To achieve this, the method comprises: a ceramic body forming step (ST 1) of forming a ceramic body of a desired shape by molding a base material containing clay; a wrinkle article forming step (ST 2) of forming and manufacturing a plurality of wrinkled articles having a wrinkled pattern; a wrinkle article attachment step (ST 3) of attaching the manufactured wrinkle articles to the surface of the ceramic body; a drying step (ST 4) of drying the ceramic body to which the wrinkle articles are attached for 5 to 10 days; a glaze application step (ST 5) of applying glaze to the surface of the wrinkle articles; and a sintering step (ST 6) of sintering dried ceramics at a high temperature of 1,200 to 1,300℃.
