The present invention relates to a noise prevention apparatus of a vehicle console armrest knob. According to the present invention, a hinge pin is fixed to an armrest so that the same cannot rotate. Additionally, the knob is installed to rotate on the hinge pin. Additionally, a damper, which reduces a return speed of the knob, is configured at both end parts of the knob. Therefore, a collision noise generated when the knob returns to a locked position can be prevented.
