본 발명은, 천연골재, 자원재생골재 및 바이오매스 기반 폴리우레탄 수지를 포함하는 투수 포장재 조성물 및 이를 사용한 투수 포장 공법에 관한 것으로, 상기 바이오매스 기반 폴리우레탄 수지는, 주제 및 경화제를 포함한다. 특히, 정제 캐스터 오일; 폴리프로필렌-에틸렌 옥사이드와 캐스터 오일의 중합체; 지방산 유래 폴리올; 및 대두유와 글리세롤의 반응으로 얻어진 모노글리세라이드와 폴리프로필렌 옥사이드의 중합체; 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 OH기 함유 화합물 및 소포제를 포함하는 주제와, 이소시아네이트 경화제를 포함하는 바이오매스 기반의 폴리우레탄과 자원재생골재를 사용함으로써, 친환경적인 투수 포장재 조성물을 제공할 수 있으며, 이러한 투수 포장재 조성물 사용한 친환경 투수 포장 공법을 제공할 수 있다.
