본 발명에 따른 탄소나노튜브 및 탄소섬유 복합체 제조방법은, 탄소나노튜브 및 탄소섬유를 용매에 분산하여 복합 슬러리를 형성하는 (a)단계, 상기 (a)단계에 의해 형성된 복합 슬러리를 교반하여 탄소나노튜브를 응집 및 분산시키는 (b)단계, 습식 부직포 공정을 통해 상기 복합 슬러리에서 탄소나노튜브 및 탄소섬유 복합체를 제조하는 (c)단계 및 상기 (c)단계에 의해 제조된 탄소나노튜브 및 탄소섬유 복합체를 열압착하여 건조시키는 (d)단계를 포함한다.
A method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube and a carbon fiber composite according to the present invention includes the steps of: (a) dispersing a carbon nanotube and carbon fiber in a solvent to form composite slurry; (b) agglomerating and dispersing the carbon nanotube by stirring the composite slurry formed in step (a); (c) manufacturing a carbon nanotube and carbon fiber composite from the composite slurry through a wet nonwoven fabric process; and (d) drying the carbon nanotube and carbon fiber composite manufactured in step (c) by thermocompression.
