RELIEF VALVE
고압 유체의 유체압이 메인 밸브의 동작 방향과 비평행한 방향으로부터 메인 밸브에 작용하는 릴리프 밸브를 간이하게 구성한다. 릴리프 밸브(10)는, 축선 방향(AD)에 있어서의 일측을 향해 끝이 가느다란 테이퍼 부분(55)을 갖는 메인 밸브(50)와, 축선 방향으로 이동 가능하게 메인 밸브를 수용하는 수용 구멍(H)이 형성된 밸브 본체(20)를 갖는다. 밸브 본체는, 축선 방향 일측으로 이동한 메인 밸브의 테이퍼 부분이 맞닿는 밸브 시트(31)를 갖는다. 축선 방향 일측으로부터 수용 구멍에 연통되는 저압 통로(LP)와, 축선 방향과 비평행한 방향으로부터 수용 구멍에 연통되는 고압 통로(HP)가 밸브 본체에 설치되어 있다. 밸브 폐쇄 상태에 있어서, 저압 통로와 고압 통로는 차단되어, 고압 통로 내의 유체가 메인 밸브의 테이퍼 부분에 작용한다. 밸브 개방 상태에 있어서, 저압 통로와 고압 통로는 연통된다.
The invention provides a relief valve. The pressure of the fluid, which simply constitutes the high-pressure fluid, acts on the relief valve of the master valve in a direction not parallel to the operating direction of the female valve. The release valve (10) has a main valve (50) having a tapered portion (55) which is tapered toward the side of the axial direction (AD); and a valve body (20) provided with a receiving hole (H) which accommodates the master valve so as to be movable in the axial direction. The valve body has a valve seat (31) which abuts against the tapered portion of the master valve which moves in the axial direction.
