본 발명은 인터록킹 구조를 갖는 가시설 흙막이 벽체 겸용 영구 지하벽체의 시공방법 및 이에 의해 시공되는 가시설 흙막이 벽체 겸용 영구 지하벽체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 강재형강이 삽입된 복수의 원형 콘크리트 말뚝을 상호 중첩되도록 근입 시공하되, 각 콘크리트 말뚝의 시공 과정에서 상기 강재형강의 웨브(Web) 양측면으로부터 각각 개구되는 공간부를 형성하며, 인접하는 양 콘크리트 말뚝 간 연통되는 양 공간부에 채움부재를 타설 또는 설치하여 양 콘크리트 말뚝 간에 차수보강벽이 내재되게 시공하는 것이 특징이다.
